Ingredients:
6 egg whites OR 3 whole eggs
1/2 c Oats
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Brown Rice Protein
2 Tbsp Flaxmeal
1/4 c Almond, Coconut or Rice Milk
2 Packets Truvia (optional)
1/2 tsp Cocoa Powder (optional)

Coconut Oil OR nonstick spray for the griddle.
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Add a dollop of coconut oil to your griddle & scoop out like regular pancakes.
Cook as you would a regular pancake!!!
Add dates, figs, blueberries or chocolate chips for a delicious addition!
Top with agave, PB2 (more on the watery side) or cottage cheese! Eat up!
