0 Brown Rice Hemp Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp Brown Rice Protein Powder
2 Tbsp PB2 (or other peanut butter)
1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
1c Almond Milk
1/2c Coconut Water
1/2 of a Banana

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in a blender & enjoy!
Add a few ice cubes if your almond milk & coconut water are not refrigerated.

Enjoy!

Hemp seeds contain a great source of Omega 3 fatty acids!
